Our staff’s qualifications include my own master’s degree and extensive experience of over 12 years at the VA Regional Office and more than 15 years at the VA Medical Center and other federal services.

Comprehensive Record Review

Individualized Service Treatment Medical Record Review involves a detailed evaluation of your service treatment records to uncover evidence that supports your claims. If you do not have these records, we assist you in obtaining them through two primary avenues: the VA Regional Office or the National Personnel Records Center. While both routes aim to provide records expeditiously, it’s important to note that ‘expeditious’ in federal processes can sometimes take longer than expected. We strive to help veterans navigate this process as efficiently as possible.

If you already have your records, we conduct a thorough review to identify what benefits you may be eligible for based on your documented service history. This targeted approach avoids overwhelming the claims process with unnecessary submissions, which can complicate and delay outcomes. Additionally, during the evaluation, we consider other experiences or injuries from your time in service that may not be documented in your medical records but still impact your health or well-being.

A face-to-face counseling session with a strategy specialist adds immense value by ensuring a personalized approach. This allows us to address your unique circumstances and develop a clear strategy for pursuing your claims effectively.
